Returns & Refunds

Time Frame:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.

Return Conditions:

The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable) and be free from stains or damages.

maximum of two (2) items per order can be refunded. However, store credit and exchanges are unlimited.

If the exchanged item costs more, the difference must be paid. If it costs less, we will refund the balance.

Exchanges will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

Fees Include:

15% restocking and processing fee applies (covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs).

We do not offer prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.

Tracking Requirement:

Once the return process is initiated, you must provide valid tracking information. Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to process your refund or exchange.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return once the order is received, and we will process the refund accordingly.

Chargebacks & Returns Policy

To maintain a fair process, we ask that you contact our support team before initiating a chargeback if you are unsatisfied with your order.

If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, the option for a refund or exchange becomes invalid.

We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and encourage direct contact before escalating disputes.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@balteon.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

For a faster exchange process, we recommend:

Once the return is approved, placing a new order for the item you want instead.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 daysno questions asked. The item must be:

In the same condition as received (unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Processing Time

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be verified within 5-10 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If rejected, our support team will contact you with further instructions.
