Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to initiate a return. Once we receive the returned order, we will process a refund accordingly.

Worldwide Shipping 🌍

We proudly offer international shipping to over 200 countries. However, some locations may be unavailable for shipping. If we are unable to deliver to your country, we will contact you.

We have warehouses in the USA, Asia, the UK, and Australia, ensuring fast and efficient order fulfillment. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse that has stock available at the time of purchase.

Lost or Missing Packages 📦

Incorrect Address: Baltéon is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is correct before placing an order.

Our Responsibility: If we make an error with your shipping details, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.
